Our friends and clients at SOBHA Group have pulled off a great achievement by partnering with North London Collegiate School, in London, to win the open competition for a new school in Singapore.
Congratulations to all involved, including the excellent Parthenon group, who were very active in providing data and analytics. Their wholehearted commitment to the bid was both impressive and personal.
I managed to get to Singapore at very short notice to head up their presentation to the distinguished Economic Development Board team on the 26th August. The EDB team has led the tendering and bidding process.
News of SOBHA’s success finally came through at the end of September. This is another big step forward for the Group as they have just opened their first premium school in Dubai: Hartland International. The School was our first start-to-finish school opening.
It is great to see this growth and what I find particularly exciting is the partnership that has been formed between UK education – NLCS is truly one of the UK’s top schools – and a powerful international developer like SOBHA, with their Indian and Middle Eastern roots.
