BBD conducted a Group benchmarking strategy to strengthen the schools’ performance, systems, strengths and areas for development.
The exercise was designed to build a strong evidence base that could be used to consider and refresh the schools’ Future Strategy.
The first targets for the Review were Finances and People (HR) before looking into Competition, Marketing, Admissions and Technology.
The Review Exercise has led to a brief second phase where Future Strategy is being analysed and developed in a series of Strategy and Change Workshops, funded by SPH, to help set priorities and goals for SPH’s future.
