Just caught up with Educators International and the incredible work that has been done this year by Michael Stark, Sue Hackman and others to launch mobile content and teacher training in Ghana, for 1000 community teachers and their students in rural areas. This is serious work which is very cleverly designed and executed. Hats off, guys.
Remarkably, the mobile solution that they have designed and implemented involves the use of ordinary mobiles. No need for smart phone solutions when people don’t have the devices.
If anyone out there is thinking they would like to lend their educational skills to an organisation that makes a virtue of volunteering worldwide, Educators International has become a great option and a great vehicle to help make change happen.
